Pack out, Inventory and BER Listing
Our field teams are able to use our validation application to capture, see and share items that are being removed for storage, cleaning or restoration.
Sadly, some losses are severe enough that items cannot be cleaned or restored or the work involved in doing so is uneconomical. Our team will picture all items that are not restorable and provide the insurance company with a guideline price for a replacement.
In cases of total loss of many items, the task can be emotional and overwhelming for the policyholder. We can take up the burden of sorting through devastation and work with the policyholder and insurance company.
Our reporting brings all the pictured items together in one report for ease of use and understanding for everyone.
Soft Contents Restoration
We offer on-site or offsite validation of soft contents. The contents team will picture every item, making notes on any pre-existing damage and produce both a replacement value and a clean cost. Any items that will not restore due to damage will be listed as beyond economical repair. DCP’s policy is to attempt to clean as much as possible. A full report will be provided to the Loss Adjuster or Insurance Company representative to gain approval to proceed with the clean.
Any items that do not restore will be added to the BER (beyond economical repair) list.
