Target Drying Solution
With vast experience of structural drying techniques, DCP consultants and Technicians implemented a drying regime that had proven success in the US Disaster Restoration market.
Target Drying involves careful evaluation of the affected materials and the entire surrounding environment and designing a bespoke drying regime, including engineering controls, selection and positioning of different types of air-movers, dehumidifiers, heating systems and regular monitoring.

Faced with marble panels in the bathrooms, architectural plaster mouldings, real wood floors throughout and a flooded lift shaft, they carefully executed a very complex scope of works, requiring 89 air-movers, 19 dehums and other specialist injection drying equipment. DCP achieved pre-loss condition in just 26 days. Strip-out was only 1/20 of the insurers estimate and drying costs were under £40k! saving over $400k in re-instatement costs.
