What Happens When Disaster Care Arrives?
If you have been told that Disaster Care is attending your property, here is what to expect. Our teams are trained specialists, IICRC and BDMA qualified, drawn from our national network of vetted independent professionals. Every technician who enters your home has been selected for both their technical capability and their values. They will work quickly and carefully, and will explain every step as they go.

Training the Industry: The National Flood School

The National Flood School has trained restoration professionals across the UK since 1988. As a thought leadership and training partner of Disaster Care, the School raises standards across the industry, offering IICRC-accredited courses in water restoration, structural drying, and mould remediation to specialists from across the sector.
The School is the first facility in the UK approved to deliver IICRC Applied Structural Drying training, the qualification that underpins the technical excellence of the Disaster Care network. For policyholders, that means the people coming to your property have been trained to the highest standards available anywhere in the UK.
