Technicians across our network

We know that fire, flood, and property damage are among the most disruptive things that can happen to a home. Our job is to guide you through clearly, professionally, and with care from the moment we arrive. You do not have to face this alone.

What Happens When Disaster Care Arrives?

If you have been told that Disaster Care is attending your property, here is what to expect. Our teams are trained specialists, IICRC and BDMA qualified, drawn from our national network of vetted independent professionals. Every technician who enters your home has been selected for both their technical capability and their values. They will work quickly and carefully, and will explain every step as they go.

01.

We make contact quickly

02.

We assess and explain

When we arrive, we will carry out a full assessment of your property. We will explain what we have found, what we are going to do, and why. We will not start any work without making sure you understand what is happening and are comfortable with the next steps.

03.

We restore with care

Our teams are specialists in fire and flood restoration, water damage, mould remediation, and contents recovery. We work systematically to return your home to its pre-loss condition, treating your property and your belongings with the same care we would want shown to our own.

What Our Customers Say

“As soon as Disaster Care became involved in my insurance claim, they brought a massive human touch to a very upsetting and stressful time. My home was uninhabitable for six months due to significant water damage, but the team were efficient, friendly, reassuring and sensitive throughout.”

Debbie H, Trustpilot

“We suffered a large water leak that caused damage throughout the house. Disaster Care were brilliant throughout, handling the removal of beyond repair items, the drying out process and storing our house contents for 4 months whilst the repairs were carried out. All the staff we dealt with were a credit to the company.”

Steven R, Trustpilot

“Disaster Care contacted me the same evening the fire was reported to my insurer. David Gamble and his team arrived the next morning and began the clean-up. David was very reassuring and the team were marvellous… I have only praise for David and his team. Lovely guys at such a traumatic time.”

Marion W, Trustpilot
