Disaster Care is one of the UK’s leading specialist disaster recovery organisations, operating a network of 29 branches nationwide.
The people who work with us, in our branches, at our head office, and at the National Flood School, share a commitment to expertise, care, and doing important work well.

Areas Where We Are Always Interested
We recruit across two distinct areas. Head office roles support the central coordination, quality, and growth of the network. Branch roles sit within our specialist network businesses across the UK. Both require people who combine technical capability with genuine values alignment.
Disaster Recovery and Restoration Specialists
IICRC and BDMA qualified technicians in water restoration, fire restoration, mould remediation, contents recovery, and structural drying. Whether you are looking for a role within an existing branch or are interested in building your own branch within our network, we want to hear from experienced practitioners.
Claims Coordination and Operations
Our central operations team coordinates instructions across the network, manages quality, and supports branches through the claim lifecycle. We look for people with strong operational instincts, attention to detail, and a service-first approach.
Technical Training and Standards
The National Flood School is the training engine of the network. We are always interested in technically qualified professionals who want to contribute to raising standards in the restoration industry, whether as trainers, assessors, or course developers.
Business and Professional Support
Finance, HR, IT, marketing, and business development. Our head office team supports the growth and governance of a nationwide specialist network. We look for professionals who understand what it means to support an operations-led business.
