Welcoming Vikki Seal

We are proud to welcome Vikki Seal to Disaster Care as our new Chief Commercial Officer. In her new role, Vikki will provide strategic leadership across all areas of the business, strengthening governance, shaping organisational strategy, and driving sustainable growth to support long-term performance and market position. Her appointment marks an important step as we continue to evolve, building the UK’s most resilient disaster recovery community.

Vikki’s Background & Skillset

Clients are at the centre of Vikki’s approach. She began her career as a Client Relationship Manager and has consistently championed the importance of fully understanding client needs. Her focus goes beyond meeting expectations. She challenges processes and procedures to ensure they achieve the right outcomes.

Customer experience is fundamental to her leadership philosophy. Disaster recovery is about more than property; it is about people, livelihoods, and peace of mind. Vikki is committed to getting it right first time. When improvements are needed, she drives positive change that strengthens trust and builds long-term partnerships.

Vikki began her leadership journey as part of the senior team at Mitie Property Services before moving to CET following its acquisition. During this time, she delivered ambitious sales growth while building strong and lasting relationships with insurer clients.

This combination of commercial strategy, operational insight, and relationship leadership places her in a strong position to support Disaster Care’s insurer partners and network branches, ensuring quality, efficiency, and resilience remain central to everything we do.

As we continue to strengthen governance, embed ESG principles, and enhance customer outcomes, her strategic oversight will help ensure our growth remains purposeful, values-led, and aligned with our commitment to delivering care, expertise, and innovation in disaster recovery.
