Disaster Care & National Flood School Now Live In The Aviva Tech Lounge

Showcasing Restoration Expertise At The Aviva Tech Lounge

Disaster Care and the National Flood School are now represented within the Aviva Tech Lounge, located in the claims department at Aviva’s headquarters in Perth, Scotland.

Two dedicated displays have been installed to provide Aviva colleagues with a closer look at the equipment, training and restoration expertise that support our work.

Bringing Flood Response & Restoration To Life

The National Flood School display showcases the training delivered by the team, alongside a selection of Property Flood Resilience products. The stand provides a practical introduction to the measures, equipment, and knowledge that support effective flood preparedness and recovery.

Alongside this, the Disaster Care display features specialist restoration equipment, together with examples of restored and flood-damaged contents.

With winter approaching and the risk of flooding increasing, the display provides a tangible view of the equipment and resources used by Disaster Care teams when supporting customers following flood events.

A Permanent & Evolving Display

The Tech Lounge installation will remain in place permanently, with the displays refreshed and updated regularly to showcase different aspects of Disaster Care and National Flood School capabilities.

There are also plans to explore opportunities to replicate the displays across further locations, helping more colleagues engage with the services, equipment and expertise available across Disaster Care and the National Flood School.
