The awards recognise the organisations, teams and individuals who continue to raise standards across the insurance industry through innovation, collaboration and exceptional customer service.
Congratulations to Walstead UK, QBE Europe, Sedgwick and Thompson & Bryan, whose collaborative response earned them this year’s Major Loss Award. Their work demonstrated the expertise, commitment and teamwork required to support customers through complex and challenging claims, making them worthy winners of this year’s category.
The evening also provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with customers, colleagues and friends from across the industry, celebrating the achievements of organisations working to improve outcomes for policyholders throughout the UK.
Disaster Care was honoured to be shortlisted for the Claims Initiative of the Year award, recognition that reflects the dedication and professionalism demonstrated every day across our business and national network. While we didn’t take home the award this year, we are incredibly proud to have been recognised alongside so many outstanding organisations.
