Supporting Our Network Partners

As Field Operations Manager, Daniel will work closely with our Network Partners and internal teams to provide day-to-day operational support, strengthen performance, and help maintain consistency across the nationwide Disaster Care Network.

A key part of this role will be understanding capacity and capability across the Network, helping ensure workloads are managed effectively and that Network Partners have the support they need to deliver high-quality service.

He will also provide additional support around operational escalations, performance monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement, identifying potential risks early and working collaboratively with Network Partners to find practical solutions.

For our wider team, Daniel will provide an additional point of technical and operational expertise, supporting colleagues including our claims teams when more complex issues arise.

Maintaining High Standards Across the Network

Consistency is an important part of delivering the Disaster Care service. Daniel will work closely with Network partners to monitor performance against agreed service levels, support compliance requirements, and identify opportunities to strengthen processes and ways of working.

By combining performance insight with practical, hands-on industry experience, Daniel will help us to strengthen the support available to our Network Partners and the customers they serve.

Looking Ahead

For Daniel, joining Disaster care is also an opportunity to build strong relationships across the Network and contribute to its continued development.

“I’m looking forward to working closely with our Network Partners and internal teams and forming great working relationships. I’m excited to understand the operation from the ground up and find ways to make things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.”

“I’m also looking forward to developing within my role, supporting the team, and making a real difference to our day-to-day operations. I want to help us achieve our goals together, efficiently and consistently”.

We are delighted to welcome Daniel to Disaster Care. His experience and operational knowledge will be a valuable addition as we continue to strengthen our Network, support our people, and deliver the consistent, caring service at the heart of Disaster Care.
