Expanding Our Network: Spotlight On Disaster Care Metropolitan

We are pleased to welcome three new branches to the Disaster Care network, strengthening our growing presence and capacity across the UK.

As our newest branches begin their journey with Disaster Care, we are taking a closer look at Disaster Care Metropolitan, which officially became operational on 24th August 2026.

Introducing Disaster Care Metropolitan

Covering locations across the M25 and Home Counties, Disaster Care Metropolitan brings considerable restoration experience and specialist capability to our network.

Backed by an established independent restoration business with over 40 years of experience, the team has particular expertise across high-end residential, high-net-worth, and commercial properties. Alongside these specialist capabilities, the branch will deliver the full range of core Disaster Care services, including building drying, cleaning, and restoration.

The experienced team is supported by high-specification drying equipment and extensive use of remote monitoring, enabling a professional, evidence-led approach throughout the restoration process.

Operating from a main office in South East London, alongside technician hubs including Watford, the branch is well positioned to support customers across its Metropolitan coverage area.

Strengthening Our Network

Like every Disaster Care branch, Metropolitan will form part of our connected national network, with teams able to collaborate across locations and draw on specialist skills and capabilities where they are needed.

The Metropolitan team will also continue its professional development through the National Flood School, including further IICRC qualifications, supporting the consistent technical standards expected across Disaster Care.

The addition of Metropolitan, alongside two further new branches, marks another positive step in the continued growth of the Disaster Care network. Together, they increase our capacity, extend our reach, and bring further experienced restoration professionals into the Disaster Care family.

We look forward to sharing more from Disaster Care Metropolitan as the team becomes established within our network.
