Marie Stearn

Client Relationship Director

Marie is a focused and innovative business leader experienced in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, including the Operational Management of Suppliers and Clients. MI analysis, Audit, Complaints, Price Negotiation and Recommendation, communicating at all levels have all been part of Marie’s recent remits. She has many years’ experience in supply chain management, and in addition to her role with DisasterCare she is also a Director of the British Damage Management Association (BDMA), the industry’s certifying authority.

Marie has been Instrumental in a wide range of Property and Motor insurance reviews throughout her career and lead the UK element of a Global Review of Damage Management. Marie’s areas of expertise include Supply Chain Management, Claims Handling Management, Business Development and Project Management experience across Property and Motor categories within the Insurance industry.

She has been with DisasterCare Platinum for over 7 years as Operations Director, overseeing corporate key insurance accounts, driving innovation and service delivery to the highest levels. Marie also has 3 years experience with the National Flood School and many years’ experience in the Financial Services sector, within supply chain roles.

Charles Jeffrey

Business Development Director

Charles has over 20 years in the Disaster Restoration industry as Director of Business development, is well known and highly regarded within the industry. Charles specialises in Relationship Marketing, D.R. supply chain management, D.R. project management, High Net Worth Claims Management, Service Level Agreement control and implementation.

Charles has been with the company for 12 years, prior to joining DisasterCare Platinum, Charles spent 10 years at with another Restoration business  where he developed, principally in the HNW sector, the company turnover from £500k to £10m.
